Why was I billed?

Plixi is a subscription service to help users grow their Instagram followers organically. Users have the flexibility elect to cancel their subscription at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You have the freedom to cancel your account at any time. In order to cancel, navigate to your billing settings in your dashboard by clicking the dropdown on the top right. From there, you can manage all of your billing and subscription settings, including cancelation.

I don’t recognize a transaction, how can I verify what it was for?

To see past bills and invoices, login to your Dashboard, and navigate to the Payment History section under your account tab.
